The video is a deconstruction of Jean Luc Godard’s classic pop art – sci-fi – film noir Alphaville from 1965. Bigger. Harder. Faster. Deeper investigates the films structure of masculinity, violence and male sexuality. The video centers on the male hero Lemmy Caution (played by Eddie Constantine) – a man married to his loneliness and whisky.
The video was premiered at LARMgalleri, Copenhagen in connection with Brandts solo show Peter Super-T-Art at Nikolaj – Copenhagen Contemporary Art Center in the Fall of 2007.
